Laptop jiggered.
Anyone know where I can safely get a boot disc for Windows XP Home Edition? I used a superspyware download to remove a virus and on uninstalling it wiped out some of my registry, which is now stopping me starting in safe mode and keeps shutting down.

Any help appreciated especially if it does not involve 'I Love Horses'.

Contact the manufacturer
They should be able to help you if you can't find the originals.

Failing that, feed it to Bert. He's a cheeky chappy who always needs something to knaw on.

Ron Jeremy, I'm not sure if I should be flattered or offended! ;-)
Doing a SHA1 of an original XP Home SP3 CD it looks like it comes out as:5a6b959ad24d15dc7ebd85e501b83d105d1b37c6

Having a google for that and there are a few torrents where you can grab a copy
