I went in Waitrose earlier for some salmon. I noticed that there were a few things reduced a la Asda yellow-ticket style, but with less pikeys hanging around like vultures.
So that was lunch sorted. Broccoli and stilton soup and sushi.
What bizarre mismatched foodstuffs are you having for noms today?
Oh, and if you do get one of those sushi packs, once you've finished the sushi, don't then finish off the remaining pickled sliced ginger and wasabi paste in one mouthful....
Mrs SLVA said I did my vinegar strokes face.

I am soooooooo stuffed. I've just eaten masses of food at the pub and I may be a tiny bit tipsy.

the boots I'm wearing today jangle when I walk so I did an impromptu dance to see how noisy they are… noisy, is the answer.

He found some Marks'n'Sparks vouchers curtasy of sky.
I gave him one of the vouchers and one to my cleaning lady, as they both just completely sorted out my office.
Question now is; Can I actually eat £30 of marks'n'sparks sushi in one sitting.

The rules are this....
- Two small pieces do not count as one big piece. Three small pices count as two big ones though.
- I don't like the ginger so anyone can have that.
- If the majority of people decide to have a wassabi'n'soy-sauce dip, rather than indvidually applying them to the sushi, no scraping the bottom to get all the good bits unless you're on your last piece.
- If doing dip, 3 seconds is the most you get.
- Not all sushi pieces are made equal; no hogging the prawn, everyone gets at least one tuna..
- Vegtable pieces, no matter what their size, equate to a small piece.

is a cop out, if it didn't have feathers or scales, it shouldn't be sitting on top of my rice.

from Sky at the beginning of the year. They came in handy for a proper shop at M&S. They actually have some really good deals on food there... I should say that quietly though just in case Tesco hear me and come and get me

as they fly through the windows on ropes armed with Tesco Value Baguettes and those dodgy Value Teacakes.

PROPER tescos, unlike the fake harlotte that broke my heart across the road, is awesome, way higher in the rankings than what people would generaly expect.
I'm not quite sure what to make out of Budgins though, I've been to one that's like a mini Harrod's Food Hall, but I've been to ones that are worst than costcutter.

There are good ones and there are very very very scary ones... I think I have only been in a bad Budgins once, I was helping a mate buy cheap stuff for a house party... it was an experience.

I walked into town and back in less than 45 minutes. For the return journey I was carrying a big metal bin.
My arms hurt, I'm roasting hot and I'm hungry.

to get in the bin and roll down the nearest hill?
