I would recommend running the bannerbomb exploit
installing the homebrew channel and setting up usb harddrive booting. Then you don't have to faff about changing discs. Also your games only need to be used once (takes about 15 minutes per game to back up to the drive) then you can put them safely in a cupboard away from filthy child hands.

Its easy honest :P

*edit* Good family 4 players include Raving Rabbids, and Mario and Sonic at the olympics games/winter games.

Its not illegal
but I won't lie to you, it is an enabler to making and playing backups which mean you could technically use it to be naughty. But I never would, because I have a halo up my arse honest.
