I'm making the same thing as I did on monday (salmon thing), but with the added taste of some chopped chill, a little bit less sessmiseed oil and a little less honey, hopefully I won't burn it.
Man, this griddle-pan has opened up a whole new world of options to me, it's like my life is at least 25% better because of it.

But please, children, if you're going to chop chillis, make sure you wash your hands, I just rubbed my eye without washing properly and ouchy.
