I think I'm going to go out with my camera tonight.
Take some pretty photos of the snow.

Aw, it's so pretty
Did you see my early morning pic of the snow yesterday?

That's a good idea
Use a tripod or other steadying device as exposures will be quite long. Trees are good subjects.

I thought that was what he meant

I actually meant cheeky foxes
Not as in 'a cheeky bit of glamour, nothing too blue, like'.

They're unbelievably bold round my way, foxes. There's a whole familty of them that live by the overground part of my tube line - they all juist sit there, bold as brass, whilst the cubs scamper about.

It's quite lovely.

Do they bark at you like dogs?
Or are they just nice?
(, Mon 21 Dec 2009, 17:17, Reply)
They make a horrendous noise like babies crying
at night - but they're mute when you see them out and about. They're beautiful. I have a ground floor flat and one summer's night there was a big fox literally outside my window - about 18" from where I sat. Bold as brass, full eye contact.

It was strangely moving.

I think they're gorgeous
I've only ever met one though.
There's a local story about one running past our chippy, but I don't know. Although it's the city we do have a lot of greenery and plenty of squirrels so I suppose it's not unfeasible...

They are perfectly adapted to the urban environments
Along with rats they're one of only a small handful of species that have made the jump to totally successful urban living.

Stop talking sense and let's just stop and think about fox's faces.
Aaah.
Gutted when Asda got rid of foxyfaced products.

This discussion is alarmingly free of
cannibalism and the dark depths of my soul.

2/10 Monty must try harder.
