can't say i was too struck on teh goose, had high hopes but 'twas frankly a bit tough. i think just not long-enough cooked.
the £20 tesco bronze turkeeeee was proper splendid, so it was. as was the grooooooooooovy gravy made last week then revived today with the roasting-juices of 3 birds.

this season's drink of choice?
16 floz glass
4 or 5 ice-cubes
80-100ml Cointreau
200-250ml passion fruit and pineapple juice (tropicana)
top-up with prosseco (sp?), cava, cremant, champagne or whatever.
probably 7 or 8 units a pop.
and sooooooooooooooo tasty.
