I am feeling the effects of giving up on exercise the last 2 months or so. My motivation is zero. Must try harder..

I know I'll feel better, sleep better and generally be happier if I go to the gym and yet, meh

I find sometimes it helps if you do judo kicks, kung fu slaps and karate bows when you're in bed and make your Spitfire cockpit duvet go everywhere
Then get up and scream at the nearest bird outside and then throw some towels around and spit on the carpet. DON'T BRUSH YOUR TEETH.

If you get aroused then lie on your tummy and get your mum to tread on your bum, that will stop your broom-on and then you can chase a dog and french kiss them as training.

This year will be the first time in 22 years

that I won't go skiing/snowboarding, I simply can't afford it, list passes are £200 now!!
