Real names.
Apart from Davros Grandad who is always called DG.

Edit - actually it's a bit of a mix because it's difficult to remember everyone's real name at big bashes.

2 lots of names would be confusing
but I dont want a name tag that says "Colonel Dracula" as non B3tards would laugh. Much better to have my real name, "Carlos Spiceyweiner"
