Toffee apples

Aside the toffee stuff on a toffee apple (and actually, carny -folk of the world, it's caramel, not toffee, stop mislabeling your products), they're rubbish.
A '"toffee" Banana' though, that would be awesome, that's the sort of thing a guy like me can get behind.

They should be slices of of banana so you get more toffee.
OR maybe, just maybe, they could hedgehog the top by cutting into it and bending it ever so slightly.

Needs to be on a stick, you're not allowed to use more than one hand for food at a carnaval.
Because your other hand is needed for doing things like making sure nobody has pinched your purse out of your handbag, or putting 2p in the "Put 2p in, and it gets knocked down 3 different levels, and hopefully will push a big pile of 2ps over the edge for you to collect" machine.
