When I woke up this morning

I had no idea where I was, what day it was or why I would need to get up. It was horrible, I think i must have been really deeply asleep.

which was nice.

I often dream that I'm awake and getting ready for work.
This has caused me to be late for work on many an occasion.

My step dad used to work shifts.
My mum said one night he woke up, sat bolt upright and said,'where am I, what day is it, am I supposed to be at work?'.

I had a temperature once and was having a dream about being in a cave with a really low ceiling
I woke up and the room was pitch black and I was convinced I was in the cave and low had to avoid banging my head so I crawled towards a little light in the corner of the room, opened the door and fell into the bathroom.
