God I love Glee.
I cried at the end but I'm now going to watch Saw IV to counterbalance the gayness.

but in my waiting to be watched stack of DVDs are 'The Hunger' (with David Bowie), 'The State within (bbc series not film)' and 'In the Loop' I reckon that's quite an odd lot

I often have to redress the balance with something brash, roughly dissonant, completely non-musical or all three. AMM's first two albums are good for this, as is "Kill the King" by the Hafler Trio.
