got more detail over the weekend on one my mrs was in when she was 2 weeks old. Drunk driver crashed head on into their car with the whole family in it. The mrs' sister hit the windscreen from the back seat. My mrs was lost under a seat for a while (being only 2 weeks old)....

Captain Placid texted me to let me know and I've just been like a stunned blob ever since.

I too was at BGB's bash with Enzyme et al, and both Jessie & the prof had us all roaring with laughter with stories about their scrapes, and I am proud to say that it is her laugh, and her carefree attitude that I will always remember.

PJM texted me. Awful news. We stayed at the same b&b when we all went to BGB's last bash. Such a lovely couple.

I can't even begin to imagine how he's feeling. I lost a very close friend in a road traffic accident thirteen years ago - still makes me cry now.
