According to Mr Ants, Rochdale town hall was a building of such magnificence that Hitler wouldn't have it bombed during the Second World War. However, the population of this small town are apparently incapable of making a decent cup of coffee.

Good visibility
Some light haze and scattered cirrus cloud, but fairly stable conditions, which should give us a nice clear run for another day of sitting on my arse and doing absolutely fuck all at work. The cabin crew will shortly be coming round to offer you a selection of over-priced, thimble-sized gin and tonics, Lidl's finest South African Chardonnay or some ghastly smelling eau de toilette which is basically gone-off Lynx in a glass bottle.

My satnav took me down some pant-shittingly steep single lane "roads"
Never have I been so glad to see an A-road.

Also the southbound M6 was shut on my way up north, and the northbound M6 was shut as headed back south. Score!
