Like the chilli beer. That wasn't good at all. But we made a vainilla and chocolate beer which was magnificent. 1l bottle left, and I don't want to waste it, but I don't want it to get bad either.

Well, at least, when we barreled a batch of mild ale, we siphoned off three pints into a bottle and popped a scotch bonnet chilli in there. My housemate-and-brewing-partner thinks it's too hot.

Mark made 10 pints of it
and put 2 super spicy chillies, very well cut and with all the seeds in for brewing. They managed to drink half a pint between 5, and put the rest on the sink.
