I'm tired but happy
Went for a 7-mile jog this morning and did it in an hour flat, 1 minute quicker than last time. Also means that if I'm ever pursued by a car whilst on foot I can outrun them as long as I lead them into a 5mph zone

I went to the gym last night.
Then came home and had a chinese takeaway and a bottle of wine. And I wonder why I'm still bellylicious.

I'm doing ok with the diet
But I don't do any exercise. I'm too lazy... I should start or I'll never fit in a pretty dress.

I've been looking at stuff for me to wear at the wedding.
Then realised it's 6 months away and I might be a different size by then.

I'm hoping I'll be a different size
I just don't see it happening. Not fast enough anyway.

I also went to the gym
and I just had a few slices of leftover pizza and half a bottle of wine. And some chocolate. And a beer. I can't imagine why I'm having so much trouble shifting my gut.

7 miles is pretty epic
I'm by no means a fatty but struggle with anything over a couple of miles right now...

Months of effort mate
It happens quicker than you think but not overnight by any means
