The thing I don't like about the idea of LSD is 20 years down the line you could walk into a room and suddenly start tasting colours.

It's an urban myth.
Unless you've driven yourself mad on it - but you'd know about that at the time, not decades later.

I had a good 3 hits a week for about 2 years, and that was over 20 years ago - and I'm fineNO NOOOOOOOGET AWAY FROM MEEEE

I donno, I've heard of a few people who say that happens to them.
I know, like everything else, it effects different people differently, but my head isn't 100% stable at the best of times, I can't imagine phsycadellics being a good idea at all.

I'm of the opinion that strong mind-alterants (yeah, that's a word)
should be avoided if you are not in a good frame of mind.

I think that
people who get messed up on drugs were already messed up.
(, Fri 23 Jul 2010, 10:48, Reply)
do you mean the ones who go actually crazy?
I'm inclined to agree
(, Fri 23 Jul 2010, 10:58, Reply)
yeah I suppose, although I've never seen that
I meant the people who get all depressed and psychotic afterwards, they're depressed and psychotic anyway, the come down just exacerbates it.

They can be hugely beneficial
or send you round the bend. If you aren't in a good place mentally you can really lose it.
