what does everyone think of the repealing of the 24 hour drinking laws?

when I used to work behind the bar my clothes and hair would stink at the end of the night and even my contact lenses would have a fine film on them, it was horrible.
And I agree with cougar, people at the next table lighting up after a meal while you're still eating are just disgusting.

You see, I don't use alchole as a crutch, and get tired by 10:30 and want to go home, the conversation is normally pittering out by then anyway and besides, Prime Minster's Question Time starts around then, and I hear some student is going to ask a really hard-cutting question like "What do you think of the _illigal_ war in afganistan that _you_ said we should all do? You know, the one that you said would be.... blah blah".

because the amount of people binge drinking until 6am is ridiculous, but Wiggy pointed out that now everyone will be piling out of the clubs again at 1am and fighting and such like.
