I dunno wether I've got an illnessBut I fell over on the step up to the pub toilet and now I've got a horrible manky scab on my elbow that's all leaky and a bit painfull. Do I need a doctor?

Ah yes, hello.When you say leaky what exactly do you mean?
If it is leaking pus see a Doctor. Otherwise just clean it and cover.

Not amazingly leakyJust oozing a bit you know? Bit red and sore too. And I hope no drugs :S I don't like antibiotics much.
