Sounds odd, tastes fucking fantastic!
Fry chorizo off and then remove from fat
Fry chicken in chorizo fat and remove, leaving lovely tasty chorizo juices.
Then make standard risotto using chorizo/chicken fat in the pan, add chorizo and chicken to warm though for last 5 mins
