I am in the process of gradually lightening my hair.
By the time I get back off holiday the sun will have completed the job and I'll be back in full on Spike from Buffy mode.

There is probably an unwritten rule somewhere that says blokes rapidly approaching their 40th year should get a number 2 buzzcut and leave it at that, but I don't fucking care. I'm going to be blond and spikey for a good while yet.

have you put lemon juice in it
to make it lighter?

do you remember Sun-In?
God that stuff was lethal for hair!

I'm using Sun-In, funnily enough
Have done before and I didn't notice any ill effects.

haha, my friend did that once by accident
I never did, hair doesn't get lighter than mine, I need brown-in or something, but that sounds rude

awesome :D
Wiggy's hair is really thick and straight so I'm hoping he'll keep his spikes forever.

His dad is bald.

Fortunately there doesn't appear to be any history of baldness in my family.
Well, there was my Mum, but I think it was more down to the chemo than genetics...

I'm already starting work on my "mad old bloke with big hair and a beard" look
that is the way of the future!
