Our contracts manager doesn't know how to reply to emails.The M.D doesn't understand how to use windows and views everything full screen and closes each program to view the next item.
The secretary doesn't understand how to drag and drop.
This is just the tip of the iceberg and they drive me to distraction on a regular basis with stupid questions.

bloody hellI have lots of time and patience for people who are new to computers - they are not as obvious as we think and all that. But people who's JOB it is to know things - gah!
