Two strong contenders out of those four, nevertheless
I'm going for the large maisonette near Streatham Hill, sharing with three women. Seemed like a suitably lively house and the rent was wonderfully cheap (for London).

If that's gone, it's a toss-up between sharing with the quiet city-type in the same area or going all the way over to Surrey Quays to a lovely house which is down the road from a friend, but where I haven't met the other housemates and which is pushing my budget somewhat.

And if they're gone, I guess it's living with the young Polish couple and sprog in Elephant and Castle.
