Sound's good !It was chicken livers flombayed with whisky, done with onions and mushrooms, made into a creamy sauce, on a bed of steamed rice from the chinese across the road; 'cus I can't get rice 'just right'.
I can see why most people wouldn't like chicken livers or would be put off by them, but it would be just as nice using a fillet steak and home made chips instead of rice.
