Not really
my recollection is that they are actually quite wobbly. But then, I wasn't sleeping on it, I was bouncing on it.

Oh yeah? 'Bouncing' huh?
A wobbly bed would be fucking irritating, especially as I roll from one side to the other a lot.

I slept through a typhoon on a ship once
until it turfed me right out of bed. The vacuum kept rolling up and down the cabin, me and my sister thought it was brilliant.

I would freakin' LOVE that!
Until the point where the ship starts breaking or sinking though.

I think that's the point where most folk would definitely be freaking out
No point freaking out before then.

I'm the same on planes when there's turbulence. Most folk sit looking terrified, and I'm sitting with a huge smile on my face.

Same here
Most of the time it's over before people realise, so why panic after it's happened?

It was pretty awesome
It takes a hell of a lot to sink a cargo carrier so we weren't really in any danger. We spent a lot of the time running up and down the cabin with the swells. It got a bit annoying when I was trying to sleep, my sister was vomming every time she lay down, but I'm pretty hardy.

Oh dear
I would have been a fountain of tears and vomit - I can get seasick in a puddle.

Yes, bouncing
