A happy accident really
After one of my usual dog extermination evenings, I found myself all a flutter, so without further ado I eased myself in and voila! No bitey interludes.

you may prefer
Popping a cat into a wicker basket that allows no room for the animal to turn round or move hardly at all. Have a hole to rear that allows your pizzle to fit through and embugger the mewling feline within. Then take this opportunity to further agitate the cat with spikes and other sharp implements through the weave of the wicker. This resulting muscle constrictions will please and entertain in equal measures.

Would you like to try the prototype first? It fits almost all cats and has the bonus of being able to accomodate small dogs, if you swing both ways of course.
