Well, yeah, the option is therebut I imagine it isn't often used because the reality and logistics of going through a pregnancy you don't want simply because you don't want an abortion even more would lead to an incredible amount of stress and heartache - giving away a child you've borne seems a lot more traumatic than ending a pregnancy you didn't want.
