Hence am awake now. Today won't be that exciting, but in a mere 5 hours I'll be with my cat and that makes me so happy.

I forgot to tell you (he's not a stupid girl, is and old man)

He'd been on a funeral the day my boss told me he was sending the expert, so he didn't know a word when he came back on Friday. First thing in the morning, as soon as he (Derek) finds out about this expert, he comes to me, asking what I think about it, and if the expert comes what am I going to do, and what is he going to try that I haven't done already, and our bosses know nothing, they're 30miles from the work, never talked to the client and all that. I was speechless.

He then called my boss and told him all that, and that he wasn't going to accept anyone else, as I was doing a good job and what would I do otherwise.

I want to be like him. You can feel the power of "I don't need your money, I'm doing it because I enjoy it"

So, I'm still doing the good job, and it's going very well.
