Buy rolls and filling
and make your own sandwiches to bring to work.

I've been doing that for ever and it has the dual advantages of cost and getting exactly the ingredients you want in your sandwich.

I had thick cut ham
with cheese and tomato. Admittedly not a very nice tomato. It had the consistency of a pepper. I couldn't find any locally grown ones in the shop last week so had to buy Dutch tomatoes. That's all wrong.
