ah right.The letting agent is also breaching its protocols there so if it's a member of the Estate Agency Association or whatever, you could write a formal complaint about them whatever ombudsman type person they have, get them a black mark and/or struck off.

NAEA mate and ARLA (Assoc of Residential Letting Agents)If the agent was a member of either of these two fine orgs. He was supposed to keep the deposit, not Landlord twunt.
