I'd love to go there for my honeymoon
sadly I don't think I can afford to.

I'm intending to go to the caribbean
particularly as I'm reading a book about pirates at the moment

it's probably all going to have to be a loan or a credit card job though.

Captain Pugwash pop up books do not count as "reading"

(, Thu 2 Sep 2010, 15:22, Reply)
it's not far from it
Pirate Latitudes by Michael Crichton

I may have to give that a read if it's any good
I really enjoyed "Timeline" and "Congo" (shame the films are shit). I saw Westworld on TV a few weeks back, I hadn't seen it in years and it was ACE!

Edit - Just checked the Amazon score...3/5 stars...

they found it after he died
probably not quite finished.

It's a bit different to his usual stuff. Entertaining enough.

Jurassic Park and the Lost World are worth a read. Much better than the films. In fact, most of his books are worth a read.

this does not reduce my jealousy
as 2002 is better than NEVER!
(, Thu 2 Sep 2010, 15:04, Reply)
I've never been diving, shall we go together in a swimming pool?

(, Thu 2 Sep 2010, 15:11, Reply)
Good point
well done, you've actually made me feel better about life. (It's been a shitty day, it started with an early morning trip to the dentist)
(, Thu 2 Sep 2010, 15:14, Reply)
I too enjoy revelling in others' misery.

(, Thu 2 Sep 2010, 15:18, Reply)
Hey, I wasn't revelling in anything
Miss Swipe pointed out that even though it was ages ago, I had done it.

Positive finking innit
(, Thu 2 Sep 2010, 15:21, Reply)

(, Thu 2 Sep 2010, 15:41, Reply)
And now you've made me feel bad
Miss Swipe built me up and you knocked me down.

I'm the first man in the world to have his emotions messed with by women...

(, Thu 2 Sep 2010, 15:21, Reply)
She was very kind
I only ever need a scale & polish, but I always feel like I have been face-raped by the end of it.
