I'm generalising
but my experience of golf players is that they are monumentally insufferable twats with a barely disguised superiority complex and a taste in trousers that even Rupert the Bear would think twice about.

You may be the exception to the rule; the game, however, is still possibly the wankiest sport ever invented and all golf courses should be concreted over with out of town shopping and park and ride developments.
