I've totally been chefologing again today.Oboe jeans stuffed with couscous with toasted pine nuts done in chicken stock....topped with pasta sauce*... topped with more couscous to get crispy bits.... topped with chorizo slices which will hopefully go crispy.... topped with some chedder cheese.
* Home made: Red Wine, Carrots, Red Onion, Paprika, Tinned Tomartoes, Peppers, Celory, Chili.... and, erm, loads of other stuff.
