I've had an idea where supermarkets, for an hour a day, everything is 10% more expensive.
Hopefully it'll weed out the chavs, grannies and family types.

I was in ASDA a few days ago for two hours, as I walked in, there was sick on the floor, it was still there when I left. Then my flatmates went when I got back, and it was still there.

general damages and special damages
basically there is a formula for each body part, which gets updated yearly. it is horrifyingly low, an eye is the most valuable at about £60k per eye.

then you get additional damages on top for loss of earnings, pain and suffering etc etc.

I used to work at Asda on the customer services when I was a teen
If we needed cash for the weekend we would get someone (a mate) to come in spill bleach on their clothes saying the bottle lid was off and how dangerous it was and give them money for their clothing. Only did it three times in a year and worked everytime.
