So enamoured am I
of CJ Sansom's 'Shardlake' novels that I have just had to buy the new one in hardback as there was no way I could wait for the paperback issue. I've done 400 pages in two days and almost skived today to finish it.

'Keep it Together' by Rich Deakin is a fucking brilliant read although I fear only Tuggers may agree.

Looks interesting.
I think it might be too hard a read for me.

Do you like Shardlake because he's a crippled East London misanthrope?

I bought 'Keep it Together' after your glowing praise...
...and really enjoyed it.
Another wonderful book on a musician's life is Luke Haines - 'Bad Vibes: Britpop and my part in its downfall'. You will love it for his hatred and contempt for Suede.
