It's such a nice shelf, glass bottom, it's the top one so I have the most room.
I feel like I've gone from a bedsit to a mansion.

There are some amazing ribs you can get at Waitrose btw.
Best packet ribs I've found recently.

did you do that chicken and chorizo thing?
I made pork schnitzel last night, with sage in the breadcrumbs, served with capers and a poached egg and some roast new potatoes with sage and garlic, and a salad.

lovely

Oh Lush !
I got the chorizo yesterday, totally Credit Crunching it, and failing completely.

Tonight I'm gonna stuff one of those pointy red peppers with marks'n'sparks pre-made couscous (2 packets for £3, bargin... I was gonna do it myself but they charge £3 for pine nuts, which is my fave part, fucking rip off) top with chroizo and motzerlla and bake. I ended up getting a fucking sushi on the way home, I don't think I'm gonna buy it again for another couple of weeks 'cus it's well expensive and I have it so much that I don't even enjoy it any more..

I love schnitzel, it's probably one of my fave ways of eating veal or pork.

I got some eggs, flower and Panko so I might shallow-fry something over the next couple of days, I donno, maybe do home made fish'n'chips, where the chips will be oven baked covered in oil and sprinkled with chili flakes.

did you teach yourself to cook Gonz or have you always been interested?
I try to get interested in cooking but find it so incredibly dull. You lot are so passionate about it I feel like I'm missing out so may try it again.
