I used to work at Newcastle Uni
and on my first week there in the IT department I had to go into the RVI hospital to Pathology. On ringing the doorbell to get in, I was confronted by what can only be described as a psycho - white apron, covered in blood, holding some kind of saw.

"Oh, do come in - you must be here for the PC"

Walking in, and past about 7 corpses, thoughfully laid out on the tables in preparation (I hope) for the med students to disect

An odd start to my IT career anyway.
