Pretty teeth scrapy clean with a wind-up machine
I've just got out of the dental hygienist after the usual torture of picks, scrapers, buffers and some mild blood/saliva waterboarding. I'm not personally that bothered by dentists, though - I've been told that with even rudimentary care I'll keep these teeth my whole life.

How're your teeth? Any dental horror stories to wig out the phobic?

No altQ for you.

I don't like the bitch that does the cleanings, dentist is okay as he doesn't do much other than "hmmm...uh huh..."
when I was a kid I did a little squeak and the bitch was all "DON'T BE SUCH A BAYBEEEEE".
My current cleaning bitch is well nice and I don't really have a problem with her other than her leaning all up in my face and singing Dave Matthews Band. Everytime I'm there. Last time I accidently bit her fingers.

hygienists are the most vicious
If a dentist is going to do something painful they usually anaesthetise the area first.

my teeth are hardcore
I've had a couple removed for straightening purposes, but have no fillings.

my grandfather is almost 95 and still has all his own teeth, bar 3. This fills me with hope.

My new dentist is lovely
she made me feel much better, there was almost no pain and she understood why I was a bit nervous

My dentist used to be lovely
but the last couple of times I've seen her she's not really acted like she gave a shit.

I'm slightly concerned that she's actually a different person and I just haven't noticed.

do I recall you mentioning this before
and it being an Asian dentist that you can't identify because you are a horrible racist?

Spot on.
I'm now pretty sure it is the same dentist, and that she has just become miserable and uncaring. Which is sad as I used to look forward to seeing the dentist.

That said, at least three of the dental nurses I've seen there are so unbelievably smoking hot I can't quite believe they actually are nurses and that my "dentists" actually operates as a porn set whenever I'm not there.

The fact that one of the receptionists looks quite a lot like Lisa Sparxxx (NSFW if you look her up) does nothing to dispel this idea.

that is unfortuante
not the hot staff part, that's good.

my dentist is increasingly being staffed by less attractive people. I find this outrageous. I don't go to a fancy private dental practice to have my treatment administered by ordinary looking people.

My teeth are fine
I switched dentists recently though, the last one seemed a bit pissed during the appointment and he kept talking to/at me while he was cleaning my teeth which was really annoying.

Apart from my nice new dentist
the worst dental horror story I have is having my first filling. He jabbed me about ten times with anaesthetic, then started drilling or something. Hit a nerve in my tooth, pure white hot pain. Couldn't even move or push him away, just went stiff as a board. I was about 14 I think. Then when I left, I was drooling helpessly with the anaesthetic and didn't notice blood was trickling out because I couldn't feel my face

The first woman I ever slept with,
many years later remarked to a friend of mine 'I remember him, he had lovely teeth'.

I have never had a filling. So nerr.

Gaaahhhhhh.....

I hate dentists purely because of the amount of work I've had done since the above.

I've also built up an immunity (it would seem) to anasthetic and last time I went, needed 24 injections for one tooth requiring a root canal.

NOT. GOOD.
