personally i think the court would take a dim view of an agent/landlord who deliberatel flouted a law put in place to assist tenants. if there's one thing judges love, it's poor little tenants.

borrow monty's child and say you're a single mother. the judge will come in his pants to bend the law to let you stay, regardless of whether you have trashed the place and not paid rent for 6 months.

I have a real issue with the papers chucking in a couple of stories where some scrote
uses the law to keep someone out of their house for as long as possible and use that as an excuse saying that the law is on the side of the scrotes, Aaaah, fuck it, I can't even be bothered to finish this rant.
