I walked into Guildford the other day
I live about two miles away. Once I got in, we wandered around and got a bus back. The next day my legs had properly seized up. I think this means I'm old and unfit.

I'm going to blame it
On the fact that I didn't really do anything for the last 4 days, then walked about 6 miles today. Stupid exercise.
