I used to have steak well done
until I realised that rare steak is orgasmic and I'd been ruining it.

It is, isn't it?
Have you tried steak tartare yet? That's so good!
(, Thu 30 Sep 2010, 11:52, Reply)
No I've never quite dared to have it completely raw, I'm not sure why as I do like it really rare

(, Thu 30 Sep 2010, 12:08, Reply)
You need to go somewhere good to have it
Paris has lots of lovely places that do it. Go there.

Or Belgium
There is a little restaurant called Le petit Brussel (in French, I don't know how to spell it) in a little tiny city called Nivelles, in the south of Belgium, and they serve the best steak tartare I've ever tried.

I HATE BELGIUM!
It's a cursed land where only bad things happen to me.
(, Thu 30 Sep 2010, 12:23, Reply)
Really?
I love the place, both North and South. Only good things have happened to me there. Maybe we should go together.

Wel done steak is good for sandwiches or stuff like that
as it's less messy and the chargrilled bits go with bread nom nom.
(, Thu 30 Sep 2010, 11:52, Reply)
No
There is a place in warwick that does rare steak sandwichs and gives you EPIC amounts of napkins to avoid getting covered in blood.

I still end up with shit all over me. Plus I like the burnt bits on meat.

I hate the burnt bits
Why would you do that to your meat when you can eat charcoal?
(, Thu 30 Sep 2010, 12:20, Reply)
he did say he wanted art supplies for his birthday
maybe that's why.
(, Thu 30 Sep 2010, 12:23, Reply)
We should ask him for his address
and send him a lot of burned meat. What a nice present. And I'm sure you can make art with it.
(, Thu 30 Sep 2010, 12:29, Reply)
I hope this also has blue cheese in it.

(, Thu 30 Sep 2010, 11:59, Reply)
You can although last time I was there they looked apologetic and said they only had blue cheese sauce
so I passed
