I've never eaten horseflesh, to my great disappointment.

It's an acquired taste. I think you would like it though.
It is very gamey and I hate it so you are bound to think it's splendid.
(, Thu 30 Sep 2010, 11:53, Reply)
Yup - if you hate it, it must be excellent.

Bob.
Do you ever find when you are eating horse meat, you get half way through your meal and think... 'You know, I'm not as hungry as I thought I was?'
(, Thu 30 Sep 2010, 12:00, Reply)
Excellent, excellent post.

(, Thu 30 Sep 2010, 12:17, Reply)
Why are you surprised? I offer quite a few belm moments every day.

(, Thu 30 Sep 2010, 12:22, Reply)

albeit you would have brought the wrath of the almightily sexy Ed Byrne.

Is a fool.
(, Thu 30 Sep 2010, 12:20, Reply)

It is fantastic - quite rich though. You can get it here in some French restaurants.
I ate it in Edinburgh a couple of months ago. The restaurant had had death threats from animal rights mentalists according to the local paper. Ridiculous.

(, Thu 30 Sep 2010, 11:55, Reply)
They also had salami made with horse as a starter so I had that too just to say a private "fuck you" to the yoghurt weaving tossers

(, Thu 30 Sep 2010, 11:57, Reply)
Sounds fucking tasty that

(, Thu 30 Sep 2010, 11:59, Reply)

Ugh what is the difference between eating horse and cows?
Cows are loads more awesome than horses
(, Thu 30 Sep 2010, 11:58, Reply)
Horses are cuter
That's probably the extent of their argument, fucking hippies.
(, Thu 30 Sep 2010, 11:59, Reply)
And you can bet on horses and win money. I've never managed to do that with cattle.

(, Thu 30 Sep 2010, 12:03, Reply)
I get annoyed by people who eat meat
but if asked "ok you can only eat what you kill, would you kill a cow?" they go "OH NO YOU HAVE TO KILL THINGS BEFORE YOU EAT THEM?!"
(, Thu 30 Sep 2010, 12:03, Reply)
