Medium rare with a really nice sauce, the sauce is for the potatoes or chips though.
This'll sound really wankerish, but I really like my own greek curry with pork fillet, or my malasian coconut one. And I like the contradiction that is "Tandori Masala" from ASDA.

apparently if you eat meat their slow bbq'd meat (offputtingly called "burnt ends") is amazing.

i love bodeans. they have a cheesecake menu, ffs. i don't usually like pudding, but cheesecake...
