i bought a blender and a tassimo coffee machine thing about a year ago
i have never used either.

I was in John Lewis last week getting a new whisk (my life is so exciting!)
and I did look longingly at all the coffee makers, they just look so awesome and fancy, like if I bought one I'd become some kind of high flying business exec woman who has hazelnut cappucinos and exotic pastries for breakfast rather than Sainsbury's instant coffee and last night's leftover spaghetti. I don't even like real coffee.

Not especially
I tend to leave them and the Turkish Delights until last. And if I have to share chocolates, I give them away!
