I'm joining the web dev team for the biggest extream sports media company in europe.
If everything goes well, which I think it should, they eventually want me to be their head developer inside a year (they're doubling their online stuff over the next year; it's already very big though).

In January, again if it all goes to plan, they'll increase my wage by quite a bit (about 25%), and it all should be amazing =D
