Depends who your target market is
most of the people I know don't use apps, and the few I know who use loads (literally tens or hundreds) tend to be a few sandwiches short of a picnic.

the target market is people of all ages (stupidly ambitious I know) and I think as you say apps are mainly used by the young...I get sick and tired of the updates posted onto my wall by idiots on FarmVille (although thankfully that seems to have died a death) so No Apps is the way forwards. Once again, thanks for your input...
