How do Noel!
I'm still a bit sniffly and somehow hungover, despite making a bottle of red wine last seven hours last night. But I'm feeling fairly chipper as well

I was just reading Facebook and everyone going *groan* hangover meh and all that
and realised I can't remember the last time I had a hangover. Result.

Well, isn't that
because you don't drink?
(, Sat 16 Oct 2010, 12:12, Reply)
Yeah, mostly.
I've had a couple of drinks recently but nothing resembling the sessions I used to have. I appear to have finally learned restraint.

restraint bondage.

I have been learning knots recently
mainly because I'm great like that.

A couple of epic three day hangovers
in the last year or so seem to have finally taught me my lesson - I rarely get hammered now just because I can't deal with how ill I feel afterwards. I must be getting old :(
(, Sat 16 Oct 2010, 12:28, Reply)
Took me 34 years to work that out.
I think you've done yourself a favour mate, don't lament it.

Non-alcoholic beer, that's the way forward
May be a massive fib

I've tried a couple of those recently
and they were surprisingly nice.
(, Sat 16 Oct 2010, 12:35, Reply)
Not particularly keen.
You can definitely taste something's not quite right with them.

The two I tried were obscure foreign-sounding jobs
instead of these commercial brand ones. Pretty good.

Remember Kaliber?
*bokes*
(, Sat 16 Oct 2010, 12:44, Reply)
Christ, that was grim.
I don't even know why I tried it, curiosity I think.
(, Sat 16 Oct 2010, 12:49, Reply)
Vile stuff.
So gassy as well.
(, Sat 16 Oct 2010, 12:50, Reply)
I felt sick
the other day when I woke up. But I think it was the cold not alcohol

'noon Beekers
red wine does that to me as well. Unlucky. Fortunately I'm entirely hangover free this evening as bizarrely last night was one of the few nights I haven't been drinking this week.
(, Sat 16 Oct 2010, 12:14, Reply)
I haven't been drinking much at all lately so maybe losing the tolerance.
This evening could be fun as my three lady cousins are across in Leeds tonight for the middle one's 30th. She hasn't had a drink in about a year while she had her third child, so it could get very messy!
