I've never been tempted by a White Castle
Jack in the Box make the best cheeseburgers on earth though. Measured by the twin factors of tastiness and saturated fat content.

Also...
I want to know why UK Chinese restaurants don't sell scallion pancakes, and why American ones don't have prawn crackers.
Come on Chinese people - get your fucking act together.

Likewise
Indian restaurants in the US make very odd dishes, to our UK tastes. I once ordered something spicy, a Jalfrezi or something, in New Jersey, and was asked whether I wanted it mild, medium or hot.

They did that with all the dishes, so I could have had an impotent Madras or a fiery Korma.

But US Mexican restaurants are better than their UK counterparts. I guess it's a function of the number of people of a particular culture who are resident in the country. Here we have a sizeable Indian population, so there are lots of good Indian restaurants, and the same is true of Mexicans in the USA.

The other side of the coin is that...
...'ethnic' foods are changed to suit the tastes of the locals. Most Mexicans would no sooner order food in a New York mexican food joint than an Indian would order a Tikka Masala.
Having said that I was once asked in an American Irish pub if I wanted a large pint or a small one.

There are some brilliant Mexican restaurants in London.
It's just that you live in the howling wastes of the frozen North.
