Yeah, the killing bit, refers to a couple living there.
He's white, she's black, mixed race kid. As I recall, it went something like, "black white don't mix, one way boat, throw the kid off the roof." Or something equally pleasant.

the problem with sikipedia is that it's supposed to be sick
