Well they failed to take money out my account last month through the direct debit that was set up.So I got a bill through for £110 yesterday. Told them there's no way I was paying it and they were breaching our DD agreement. They shit themselves and now I'm paying pennies for an ace phone with unlimited calls/texts/internet.
