spring forward fall backso at 2am it becomes 1am again. So in other words you can go to bed at 00:30 and get up at 07:30 and have slept 8 hours.

Or in my case, I'm reading the right time.I've got no idea how to adjust my watch, so I've been an hour out for months.
It'll be sorted in the morning though!
